All items sold through Ruby Fox carry a 14-day money back guarantee from the shipping date. We will credit your credit card account for any items that do not meet your expectations. The item(s) must be returned to Ruby Fox unworn and in perfect condition. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. All monogrammed/embroidered/personalized items are non-refundable.

Returns or Exchanges
Keep the customer section of the invoice that came with the shipment for your records. All items to be returned must be accompanied by a return authorization slip. Please call 212-563-6633 in order to obtain a return authorization. Returns must be made within 14 days after receipt of return authorization form.

1. On the return form, circle the item(s) that you are returning. If you are exchanging, simply return the item(s) to Ruby Fox, we will issue you credit and you can reorder through the website.

2. Packages must be returned prepaid by the customer with the package securely wrapped, in the original package if possible. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We suggest you ship all items through UPS or other shipping methods, which has tracking capabilities. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

3. All items must be returned to Ruby Fox, 421 Seventh Ave., New York, NY 10001, unworn in their original condition.

4. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue you credit within 5 business days. Credit will be applied to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you want an exchange, we will issue credit to your credit card when we receive the returned item and then bill you for the new item when it is ready to ship.
